Registration fee:

All fees include proceedings, refreshments during breaks, lunch on both days, Gala Evening and V.A.T.

Payment:

Please make the payment of the invoice which you will receive together with your confirmation by bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard.

Cancellations:

The registration fee will be reimbursed (minus € 50,–, for students € 12,–, plus V.A.T. for administrative costs) provided that a written cancellation is received by October 31, 2009 (postal date). Cancellations after this date will result in the forfeit of the full registration fee.
